CR350 and CR310 – compact data loggers
Certified Campbell Scientific partnerThe CR350 is Campbell Scientific’s compact logger for smaller remote stations. It replaces the CR300 and is Campbell Scientific’s recommended successor to the CR800 and CR850. The CR310 is an alternative when the station needs Ethernet.
Suited to
Water level
A pressure transducer or radar, with averages and alarms.
Smaller weather stations
A few sensors, preferably digital with SDI-12.
Remote stations
With a built-in cellular modem the station stays compact.
Low power consumption
Suits stations with a small solar panel and battery.

From the CR300, CR800 and CR850
The CR300 can no longer be ordered, and the CR800 and CR850 have also left the range. Campbell Scientific recommends the CR350 instead of all three.
The CR350 has fewer analog inputs than the CR800. If the station has many analog sensors, a CR310 or CR1000Xe may be a better fit. When you switch, we rewrite the program and check that the values stay the same.
CR310 – with Ethernet
The CR310 belongs to the same family as the earlier CR300 and can still be ordered. It has built-in Ethernet and removable terminal blocks, 6 single-ended or 3 differential analog inputs, 8 pulse counters, micro-USB and RS-232.

Frequently asked questions about the CR350 and CR310
What replaces the CR800?
Campbell Scientific recommends the CR350. If the station has many analog sensors, a CR310 or CR1000Xe may be a better fit.
Can the CR350 send data over the mobile network?
Yes. The CR350 is available with a built-in cellular modem; for Europe it is the CR350-CELL215.
Does the CR350 have Ethernet?
Not built in. If Ethernet is needed, we choose a CR310 or add a network interface to the CR350.
